Hard Disk Sentinel (Software) - This is a hard disk diagnostics and repair suite that is both robust and reasonably priced.  It works as an early warning system to let you know when your drives are beginning to show signs bad sectors, abnormal temperatures and other factors that would indicate imminent failure.  We use this product on our own lab systems and would highly recommend it to our clients.
