ANALYSIS:  Your media will be evaluated within 24 to 48 hours (or 1 to 2 business days).

REPORT / QUOTE:  We will contact you with our evaluation results and quote for services. 

RECOVERY:  Our recovery process starts with your approval and usually takes 5 to 7 days.

QUALITY CONTROL:  Your target data will be verified and a file listing will be sent to you for confirmation.

PAYMENT: Please provide payment to us promptly so as not to delay your data’s delivery.

DATA COPY:  The recovered data will be copied to the media that you choose or provide. 

DELIVERY:  Your data will be shipped using the carrier/service level OR transfer method of your choice. 

FOLLOW UP:  We'll check back within 30 days of your data delivery to confirm your satisfaction.
